We use your information solely to power your experience and improve the Aspiro platform.

Core Functionality: To provide personalized prayers and enable chat and community features.
Mission-Aligned Communications: To notify you of relevant opportunities, new features, or Aspiro community events.
Zero Model Training on Private Data: We do not use your personal, raw prayers or reflections to train our AI models. We only use de-identified, aggregated telemetry (such as feature usage statistics) to improve system performance.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal data to data brokers. We share information only in the following specific scenarios:

Enterprise Service Providers: We use industry-leading enterprise cloud providers to securely host our infrastructure and process data. Under our strict vendor agreements, these providers are legally bound to protect your data and are strictly prohibited from using your content to train their public models.
Aspiro Circles: If you voluntarily post a prayer in Aspiro, it becomes visible to other users based on your visibility preferences.
Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by a valid legal process or to protect the safety and integrity of our users and the Aspiro platform.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of your account at any time.

Complete Deletion: When you delete your account, your personal identifiers and private content are immediately removed from our active production systems.
Backups: For system integrity, encrypted disaster recovery backups may temporarily retain your data until it is permanently destroyed in accordance with our standard overwrite cycles. Data shared in Aspiro may remain visible for a period of time after account deletion.

5. Your Rights & Security

Security: We implement enterprise-grade security protocols to protect your data from unauthorized access. However, no platform is completely invulnerable, and you use Aspiro acknowledging this inherent risk.
Choices: You may opt out of promotional communications at any time via the notification settings in the app.
